Jeffrey Lenhart
Jeffrey has been involved in the mortgage and real estate industries for over 35 years. Having started briefly after graduating from the University of Southern California with a double major in Business and East Asian Language & Cultural Studies, he decided to open MoneyOne in 1993 with the goal of taking a more hands-on approach to home financing. He continues to give strong advice to clients on the daily with any type of home financing, buying, and selling questions. In his down time, Jeffrey enjoys watching movies, live sports, the Discovery Channel, and his occasional glass of red wine (cabernet of course).

Cathy has been involved with MoneyOne since it's founding in 1993, serving as our lead processor ever since. She continues to provide excellent service, communication, and oversight with both clients and title/escrow companies throughout our transactions. Her attention to detail, dedication to her craft, and organization skills make her a key asset to our team. In her down time, Cathy enjoys cooking/baking, watching game shows, and spending time with her loved ones & her beautiful Cocker-Spaniel named Ryleigh.

Jacob Lenhart
Jacob joined his father in the mortgage and real estate industries after graduating from the University of Oregon in 2019 with a major in Sports Business and a minor in Economics. Now with a little over 5 years of experience, he has a firm grasp on the ebbs and flows of the industries. Jacob provides incredible insight & dedication for MoneyOne and its clients, as he gets to show off his gracious yet meticulous personality in the handling of disclosures and documentation throughout our transactions. In his free time, Jacob enjoys cooking, golfing, playing PC video games, and watching Formula 1, the UFC, NFL, MLB, and NBA.
